　　宣化区污水处理厂的调查报告 调查时间：2015-2-21

　　调查地点：河北省张家口市宣化区污水处理厂

　　科学处理污水是经济社会发展的迫切要求，也是城镇建设过程中必须面对的现实问题。近年来，县委、县政府高度重视城镇环境卫生整治工作，将这项工作作为改善城镇人居环境，推进城乡统筹发展、构建和谐社会的重要抓手。过去的几年，宣化区在污水处理方面做了大量的工作，取得了一些成效。

　　宣化区污水处理厂及污水管网工程在2001年经省发展计划委员会立项批复。该项目是国家支持的环境资源保护项目。2004年经国家发展和改革委员会办公厅批复建设，计划总投资6316万元。该工程是处理我们的生活、城镇建设的污水的重要环节，近期日处理污水3万m3，远期日处理污水5万m3。

　　厂址位于宣化区城区东南5公里处，占地亩；同时建设配套

一、二级污水管网公里,主要是东沙河及南环线截流干管以及部分旧城区管网。污水厂自运行以来，运行稳定，现阶段日进水量万吨，COD、NH3-N等各项污染物指标均达到排放标准。

一、污水处理工业流程 （1）粗格栅间

　　粗格栅设在进水泵房之前，以去除进厂污水中颗粒较大的杂质，使进水泵安全稳定运行。其设计流量为3325m3/h，此构筑物内的主要设备有回转式格栅。 （2）进水泵房

　　污水从粗格栅间出来就流进进水泵房，泵房结构简单紧凑，选用污水离心潜水泵，据工作人员说该泵具有不堵塞型流道、效率高能耗低的优点，有效处理污水同时还节约了资源，其设计流量为3325m3/h。将初步处理后的污水抽入细格栅间。 （3）细格栅间

　　在细格栅间内安装有机械细格栅、螺旋输送压实机等设备，用来处理小颗粒垃圾，将其过滤出来的垃圾装车匀速到指定位置填埋；其中还在里面同时进行细菌的反硝化，产生泡沫状的相互硝化的产物，之后用鼓风机吹起沉淀的颗粒，防止堆积沙子，从而把土和沙子处理掉。其设计流量为3325m3/h。 （4）旋流沉砂池

　　旋流沉砂池主要设备是砂水分离器，其优点为占地面积小，沉砂效果好，安装使用方便等。设计流量3325 m3/h沉砂池直径，水深4m。 （5）计量设备

　　沉砂池后有许多仪表，在沉砂池后设置电磁流量计，可以对进厂污水流量进行连续监测，同时设置水质监测仪表，如PH计、温度计、SS计，把测量信号传至中央控制室，防止任何纰漏的出现。 （6）厌氧选择池

　　露天厌氧选择池内有缓慢移动的潜水搅拌器，回流污泥与污水在池中接触、混合反应，可以达到部分除磷作用，并改善活性污泥的性质，还能分离喜氧细菌和厌氧细菌。设计流量1250m3/h，池有效容积3925 m3/h。 （7）奥贝尔氧化沟 奥贝尔氧化沟，它为椭圆形钢筋混凝土池，分为2座。每池分为三条环形沟道，污水依次进入外沟道、中沟道及内沟道，最后经中心岛的出水并排入沉淀池配水井。设计流量1250m3/h，每座有效容积m3，混合液浓度 g/l，设计水深，水力停留时间。

　　并且奥贝尔氧化沟是整个处理系统的核心部分，其主要功能是使培养、驯化后的活性污泥降解、吸附、凝聚有机物，并通过细菌的作用使悬浮颗粒和溶解颗粒易于沉淀，使出水中的有机物含量降低。

　　每座氧化沟安装有转碟曝气盘10套，外沟道的溶解氧控制在/l，在此同时进行氧化、硝化及反硝化。中间沟道及外沟道溶解氧分别控制在1mg/l和2mg/l，对污水中的有机物进一步氧化，保证出水中的有机物含量达到设计要求。 （8）沉淀池

　　氧化沟处理后的水会排入沉淀池，沉淀池采用辐流式沉淀池，中心进水，周边出水，直径D＝38m，共2座。设集配水井二座，经过沉淀后的污水进入接触池。每座沉淀池设周边驱动的全桥式刮吸泥机，沉淀池泥至回流及剩余污泥泵站。设计流量1813m3/h，最大表面负荷 m3/ ，单池池边水深4m，停留时间（9）接触池

　　由于要保证出水的清洁程度达标所以需进行消毒处理，因此设接触池1座：1813 m3/h流量，接触时间30min,有效接触容积1056 m3，有效水深4m。本工程采用二氧化氯消毒方式，负责污水二级出水的接触池加氯。污水的加氯投加点在接触池前端。设计回流1813 m3/h，平均加氯量8 mg/l，单台有效产氯量/h。 （10）回流及剩余污泥泵房

　　由于部分水会沉淀出一些污泥，所以回流污泥泵采用潜水轴流泵，剩余污泥的提升采用潜水离心泵，土建结构简单紧凑。回流污泥量1250 m3/h，污泥含水率%。 （11）加氯间

　　本工程采用二氧化氯消毒方式，负责污水二级出水的接触池加氯。污水的加氯投加点在接触池前端。设计回流1813 m3/h，平均加氯量8 mg/l，单台有效产氯量/h。

二、污水处理的意义

　　随着的发展,城市水资源短缺的压力越来越大,追究城市水危机的根本原因,人们越来越认识到,是水的社会循环超出了水的自然循环可承载的范围.因此,只有充分尊重水的自然运动规律,合理地使用水资源,使上游地区的用水循环不影响下游水域的水体功能、社会循环不损害自然循环的客观规律,从而维系或恢复城市乃至流域的良好水环境,才是水资源可持续利用的有效途径.这就要求我们从“取水－输水－用户－排放”的单向开放型的用水模式转变为“节制地取水－输水－用户－再生水”的反馈式循环流程,提高水的利用效率.实现这一重大用水模式的转变,加强污水再生利用是关键.随着科学技术的进步,城市污水已不再是废水,而是一种宝贵的资源.既然是一种资源,就要最大程度的利用.提高城市污水的再生利用率,一是可以减少污染物排放,二是节约了有限的水资源.水利部水资源司副司长程晓冰在由清华大学和中国水网主办的“2010城市水业战略论坛”上发表讲话,他指出,我国水资源短缺,城市缺水问题突出,污水处理回用是战略选择,意义重大.城市污水处理回用在替代清洁水源的同时减少了污水排放量,降低了城市排污负荷,具有水量稳定、输水距离短、制水成本低等特点,可以提供安全可靠的替代水源,是解决城市缺水问题的战略选择.推进污水处理回用工作充分体现了科学发展观以人为本的要求,反映了广大人民群众的迫切愿望,是推进城市化建设的客观需要,是实现水资源合理配置、科学保护、循环利用的重要手段,对建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会意义重大,对我国经济又好又快发展意义重大.

三、存在问题

（一）环境卫生基础设施建设比较薄弱。城市管网向农村延伸刚刚起步，宣化区下水道管网尚未形成。

（二）本地城镇污水处理系统还处于发展阶段。

（三）人们环保意识差，不懂得资源保护与可持续性发展的关系，缺乏遏制环境污染的主观能动性，对环境“脏、乱、差”现象习以为常，熟视无睹。所以仍有自然排放的现象存在。

四、存在问题的原因

　　经过我的研究与对工作人员的询问我们认为造成城镇污水无害化处理难的原因是多方面的，主要有：

（一）重发展，轻环境。先发展后治理观念一些企业中仍是主导观念，在搞经济建设、抓工业发展的过程中，污水处理问题相对滞后。

（二）宣传不到位。政府和社会的宣传力度还不到位，人们意识不到污水处理的难度，水资源浪费严重。

（三）监管力度有纰漏。有关部门的监察还有疏漏，造成有人趁机钻空子，造成水污染。

（四）城镇污水处理设施的建设资金缺口较大。城镇污水处理设施建设属于公益性项目，但公共财政资金投入却十分有限，导致污水处理厂设备落后，处理效率低。

（五）相应的处罚法律法规不够完善。处罚力度不够严导致很多企业无视法律法规，处罚过后依然我行我素，污染环境问题不能完全解决。

（六）缺乏相应的检举方法和奖励措施，公民参与企业污染举报积极性不高。

五、提出建议

　　针对上述问题我们提出一些建议：

1.强制要求企业设立环境监测部门，对本企业对环境污染进行检测和评估。 2.加大政府资金投入，进一步完善符合国家标准的生活污水处理场所。

3.学习国外先进污水处理技术，引进国外先进污水处理设备，提高污水无害化处理效率。

4.搭建垃圾污水处理设施，建设多元融资平台以解决污水处理厂资金问题。

5.建立完善环境卫生保洁的法律法规和惩处措施，做到政府管理有法可依，企业生产心有所畏。

6.社会和政府加强对公民节水和环保的教育宣传，节水从每一位社会公民做起以达到最好的节水效果。

7.政府设立相应的举报部门和奖赏措施，提高公民参与社会监督的积极性。 8.试行对城市居民生活下水排放收费措施，以此增强居民节水意识。

六、污水处理调查感想 通过这次调查，我学到了很多关于自己专业的知识，而且好多都是课堂上学不到的。我对自己的专业有了新的认识和理解。对自己将来的工作方向有了初步的了解。在这次调查中我遇到很多困难，但是我都努力克服了。在整个过程中我学会了怎么与人交流和沟通，也学会了怎么独立解决问题。

　　在这次调查中，我了解到污水处理是能源密集型的综合技术。一段时期以来,能耗大、运行费用高一定程度上阻碍了我国城市污水处理厂的建设,建成的一些处理厂也因能耗原因处于停产和半停产状态。在今后相当长的一段时期内,能耗问题将成为城市污水处理的瓶颈。能否解决耗污水厂的能耗问题，合理进行能源分配，已经成为决定污水处理厂运行效益好坏的关键因素。能耗是否较低，也是未来新的污水处理厂可行性分析的决定性因素，开发能效较高的污水处理技术，合理设计及运行污水处理厂，必将是未来污水处理厂设计和运行的必由之路。为此，实施污水处理厂的创新管理模式不失为一条切实可行的道路。 水是不可缺少的一部分，是人类生存的必要条件。我国是水资源短缺的国家，地区缺水问题尤为突出。随着经济发展和城镇化进程的加快，水污染问题也越来越严重。切实加强和改进城镇供水、节水和水污染防治工作，促进经济社会的可持续发展，维持生态平衡，已成为社会发展的一项重要举措，也是每个公民应尽的义务，作为一名大学学生，我们更应该从我们自身做起，从点滴做起。

　　听是主要在语音教室里完成的，而说就仅仅限于课堂上，课外阅读和提高几乎等于零，对于在校大学生而言，要提高英语技能，自学、课堂学习和参加培训机构是最主要的三种方式。为什么把自学放在第一个呢？因为它的发展空间最大，我们进步的空间最大，是能自我调控的。无论是白领还是大学生都或多或少地存在“慵懒症”和“时间精力匮乏症”,首先要克服这个问题，不付出是得不到回报的，要提高英语技能就要减少睡眠和玩的时间，这就要看各位的自控能力了，提供一个很笨的方法，读名人传记，卡耐基的书很不错的，当然有毅力的同学读英文版的就更加令人钦佩了。那么我们就来分析一下我们目前可能存在的问题，听的方面：

1、只零星地记得几个单词，串不起来一段长对话；

2、如果稍微能听懂的话，一听到不认识的单词就听不到下面的一段一长串的对话和独白；

3、会拘泥于听到的一两个key words ，而忽略下面的关键词和关键语句??解决办法呢？增大词汇量: 阅读英文名著，看英语原声电影，背词根字典，我们就我们的实际经历来一一解读，一）英文名著看似是一个不错的选择，其实事实情况是怎样的呢？举一个例子，放暑假的时候我借了一本《基督山伯爵》，书后有一句很有趣的话: 神仙姐姐啊，看不懂啊！这说明什么问题呢？英文名著大都是上个世纪或者是上上个世纪的名著，跟我们有一定的代沟，而且生词量很多，常常一句话里就只有几个单词是懂的，一遇见生词要联想词根、比较象的单词，一般情况下是不那么容易就能想到的，字典来了，最普遍的牛津字典应该是很权威的吧，拿出来再找到，再找到对应的意思，比较偏的意思，而很多情况下对普遍的意思根本就视而不见，在有一次的课外课堂里我听到这样一句话：在面试的时候面试官根本就不看所谓的证书，把你拿过来跟我说几分钟，你说的我听得懂，我说的你听得懂，那就ok 了。对，英语就是交流的工具，而正常的交流词汇的单词长度一般不超过8个，所以我们认为阅读英文名著对于不感兴趣的人不是很明智的选择。

二）看英语原声电影，姑不算那些含有中文字幕的，就算只有英语字幕的，对于自控能力不怎么强的我们，很多时候只能注意那充满吸引的故事情节，而不知道的单词耳边听过你知道是什么吗？连知道的单词都有时听不出来，其结果也不言而明了。当然还有一种有效的情况：用电脑来看电影，遇到疑惑的就停下来，不停地听模仿，克制住不使用中文字幕，大家可以试一下，学习方法也因不同的人而有一些差别的。三）“死记”拿出一本权威的词根字典，增大你的词汇量，只要你有毅力你能坚持就可以试试！

　　听大量的听力资料，听自己真正感兴趣的，能让自己能一头扎里面忘记外界的内容，推荐几个网站：大耳朵听力、英语学习网、、英语教师网、无忧考网，还有一些知名教育机构的网站下载一些听力资料。 第一种类型虽然认为没有必要参加课外培训，但也希望提高自己的能力，这些也集中在抢机会，参加英语演讲，跟老外打交道，这些是很好的方法，但不是实用性很强，跟你的好朋友边散步便用英语交流，你会发现很多英语的乐趣！

　　接下来就是商务应用的能力了，商务应用是一个包涵很多方面的能力培养过程，比如说是谈判学、心理学，市场学，人事交际方面的技巧等等，

　　英语是一个载体，这里想提出一个由“赢家教育”提出的教学理念——千万不要学英语，这是学英语的全新的理念，很多前辈给我们的经验是把英语作为学习另一技能的平台，打个比方说学习计算机知识可以接触更多的英语词汇，在不知不觉的过程中提高自己的英语应用的能力，与此同时专业技能也提高了。（这方面的内容我们不是调查得彻底，只能说一点皮毛，敬请谅解！）

　　教材改革：就我观察和自身的经验来谈，现在的英语教材对我们的英语提高基本上没有大的帮助，虽然理论上我们应该从教材上学习到不少东西，但是实际情况并非如此，教材的学习只不过是应付考试的手段而已，这是英语学习的悲哀，但造成这种现象的原因有哪些方面呢？第一，陈旧

　　从本次调研得出的结果看，学生英语学习的现状不容乐观，应引起极大的重视。题项

2、3中，反应了学生平时讲英语及应用英语的局限性。学语言的目的在于能熟练地运用语言进行日常交际。然而，学生平时却是有时或偶尔地开口讲英语，而且不能随心所欲地讲英语，甚至听不懂别人讲英语。到目前为止还是似懂非懂，稀里糊涂。有人虽然笔试会得高分，但需要运用英语时却出现聋子英语和哑巴英语.这不能不说是我们实际教学中的一大遗憾。这也说明了我国英语的教育现状尚不能适应我国经济建设和社会发展的需要，与时代发展的要求还存在差距，在实际教学中还存在许多弊端。所以在平时的教学中不仅要鼓励学生多开口、勤开口，而且要尽量创设真实、宽松的语言情境，充分发挥学生的主体作用。多创造讲英语的机会，充分调动学生积极参与课堂活动，让学生乐学、善说英语。而且要持之以恒，才能取得实质性的进展。

　　调研结果还表明，学生在背诵新的语法规则和生词时，存在一定的困难，如单词太多，记不住；语法太杂，不好学（如题项

5、6）。所以在指导学生记忆英语单词时，要避免孤立、机械性的记忆，应依据情景、上下文及句子来记忆单词。至于语法问题，教会学生巧记语法规则的同时，对部分容易混淆的语法现象要进行比较、分析，并应有相关的语法专项及辨析习题，让学生在实际运用中轻松、自然地掌握语法。另外，依据题项7,表明学生在英语阅读方面的不足，他们急切想提高阅读理解能力。这不仅要求学生具有丰富的语言信息资源、开阔的视野、丰富的语言知识，拥有较大的词汇量，还得了解英美国家的社会及文化习俗、背景等；同时必须具有较快的阅读速度，较强的推理、归纳、判断及解题能力。因而，在实际教学中应帮助学生克服畏惧及焦炉心理，加强阅读训练，指导学生阅读技能，逐步提高学生的阅读理解能力。

八、调研启示：

　　通过这次调研，我清楚地了解到初中学生平时在英语学习中的现状，这对我今后的英语教学有很大的指导意义。在实施因材施教的同时，也要因生施教，即不忘考虑根据学生的不同情况、不同问题采取相应的教学措施。确实做到教学相长，有效地提高教学效率。

　　二零一零年十一月九日开始，教研室中学组先后到林清寺中学、娄村中学、义安中学、王村中学、镇厂中学、涞水二中、求成中学等单位听课调研。此次调研主要活动是听课，参加校本教研，查看计划、教案、作业、作业批改记录、学生辅导记录、学习笔记、听课记录、反思记录、研训记录等文本资料。同时对各学校英语教研组及备课组计划、活动记录等进行了详细查阅。通过个人观察，教师访谈及集体反馈，全面了解学校管理，课堂教学现状，教师理念、教师教学基本功及专业素养、教学态度和精神面貌、课题研究能力，学生学习状况等。从而了解我县英语学科现存问题，科学分析并引导教师去解决问题。使我县英语教师最终树立以学论教，以学定教，有效愉悦课堂教学核心理念，

　　全面提高素质，稳步提高英语教学水平。 现将具体情况汇报如下：

一、基本情况：

　　优点：

　　通过这次调研，发现所到学校领导思想认识到位。其具体体现为：

1、学校环境明显改善。无论是学校外部整体环境还是学校教学环境、学生学习环境以及教师的备课教研环境都有很好的改善或提高。学校做到了人尽其责，各行其事；

二、存在的问题与不足：

　　通过调查，查找问题，能够帮助教师坚持优点，找到不足，不断总结和反思，重新调整定位布局，产生压力和动力，求得不断进步和发展。 1.教学目标不明确。

　　由于对教材和学生的需求和特点没有认真的分析，没有对教材做合理的整合，教学目标制定过于模糊或大而空。 2.多数教师教学效果一般，效率不高。

　　个别教师虽然个人英语素质较好，语言流畅、地道、准确，但教学理念滞后，不关注学生的学习效果，不注重调动学生学习英语的兴趣。尤其不注重创设英语环境，运用母语授课现象有所发展。这将严重影响学生的终身学习。 3.教学设计不精。 表现在，不能完成教学当堂任务出现前松后紧或前紧后松的现象。主要原因是可前的前设计不够到位。在教学设计方面下的功夫不够。俗话说的好，好的设计是成功的一半。精心设计的课会使不同层次的学生知识能力情感目标都得到发展。 4.部分教师教学重难点抓不住，控制性活动一项接一项，使整个教学活动流于形式。学生处于被动学习中，个别学校学生有开小差，做小动作的现象，有的学校的教师下课了

　　才导入主题。 5.课后作业布置随意性强，缺少计划性和持续性。不利于学生的长远发展。现在仍然有教师给学生布置抄写作业。 6.个别教师的教学理念仍然停留在传统教学中，对新课程理念的理解有排斥现象。如林清寺中学就出现了课堂上突出语法规则环节。这点早在九义教材时就反复强调淡化的内容。

三、建议：

　　其次，教师应考虑评价的方式、规则、时机及评价细节的处理。对小组的评价可以贯穿课堂教学的全过程，但并不是用于每个活动之处，应把握评价最佳时机，促使学生积极参与。否则这种评价就会过多的占用时间，事倍功半，达不到实质性的效果，也因此增加了师生的负担。

（五）、勤于反思，在反思中进步、成长。

　　教学活动结束以后，教师有必要回顾教学情况，反思教学成功或不成功的原因、可以改进的方面等，为今后的教学决策提供经验。经常性的反思是教师实现职业进步的重要途径。对教学的评估和反思不能只停留在笼统感觉的层次，简单回答满足或不满足对教学的提高并无多大帮助。教师需要问自己一些具体的问题以引起对教学的深入思考。如： 1.教学是否按计划进行？假如不是，哪里出现了问题？为什么？ 2.教学目标是否达到？怎样判定？ 3.学生是否喜欢这堂课？怎样判定？ 4.学生的反应与你的期望一致吗？哪里不一致？为什么？ 5.对这堂课，你自己最满足的是什么？不满足的是什么？为什么？ 6.如果给第二个班授课，哪些地方你会有不同的处理方法？

　　总之，教师要以学生语言学习规律和不同学生生理、心理发展的需求及特点为前提，认真研究教材，精心设计教学活动，做到适时适度，切实可行并富有成效。努力做到让语言从教学回归生活，返回自然，激起学生对生活的向往与渴求，使英语课堂教学活动生动有效，使教学成为一种活动，一种生活，真正的让我们的学生享受英语学习的快乐。

关于山东中医药大学英语专业在校生现状的调查报告

一、课题研究背景 英语是当今国际交流语言是中医药走向世界的必要工具，英语的重要性不容忽视：（1）英语是当今世界上主要的国际通用语言从全世界来看，说英语的人数已经超过了任何语言的人数，10多个国家以英语为母语，45个国家的官方语言是英语，世界三分之一的人口(二十几亿)讲英语。比如在日本，除了他们的本**语--日语之外，英语是他们的第二语言，很多高层次的日本人以会说英语为荣。（2）英语的使用范围非常广泛。我们看到，很多官方的、政府性质的活动、文件、交流方式都使用英语。外贸行业也把英语作为通用语言，外贸交往、国际礼仪、书信函电、进出口文件、还有银行文件语言等等，统统以英语作为标准通用语言。大多数国家的高等学府，大学院校，都开设英语语言文学专业，仅在中国，就有一百多所大学设有英语专业或英语相关专业。此外，在医学领域、建筑领域、文学领域，都与英语有极大的关联。（3）国家发展和国际合作需要英语中国在近几十年的确发生了翻天覆地的变化，各方面都发展得很快。但是，不容置疑的是，我们在很多技术方面仍然落后于西方先进国家。要发展，要进步，要在较短的时间内掌握各种技术，我们不可能单靠自己搞研究，必须学习发达国家先进的技术，而学习的必要前提便是要掌握世界通用技术交流语言——英语。我们在学习别人先进技术，经验的同时，也需要与世界各国展开各种技术上和经济上的合作。如果不懂英语，便无法与合作方沟通交流，也更谈不上合作了。譬如某公司开发了一个具有世界水平的产品，如果能打开国际市场，前途将是一片光明。但偏偏公司人员不懂英语，无法很好地与国外客户沟通，无法将产品的优良性能展示出来，这将是一个惨重的损失。

　　而与这一趋势相矛盾的是，目前我国教育部对初高中的英语教育的重视程度呈下降趋势，更多的目光聚焦在了中文。最显而易见的是，在数个省份推出试行英语这一学科退出高考，转为社会考试或者降低英语分数在中高考所占比例这一政策。随之而来的是越来越多的学生以及家长开始“弃英投文”，英语这一专业则在高校的竞争力逐渐降低，而在国际社会以及就业市场这一较稳定的大环境中，英语这一专业性较强的学科的需求却还是趋于稳定或逐渐提升的态势。对于英语在考试中所占比例逐渐降低的趋势，对于英语专业的学生今后的发展是否有利是个值得探讨的问题。 长期以来，大学英语教学主要是进行以基础英语为中心的教学，其教学目标主要是：培养学生的英语综合应用能力，特别是听说能力，使他们在今后学习、

　　工作和社会交往中能用英语有效地进行交际，同时增强其自主学习能力，提高综合文化素养，以适应我国社会发展和国际交流的需要。除少数涉外专业外，大学英语课程通常只在大学第一学年和第二学年开设。然而，随着国际间交流和合作的日益增多，社会对医学人才具有更高的要求，迫切需要既能掌握深厚中医药文化知识的同时又能用英语进行医学交流的复合型人才，而在中医药院校开设英语专业能更好的解决这一问题。然而，由于其它条件的制约，中医药院校英语专业教学面临日益严峻的挑战。

　　中医中药是我国延续往年行之有效的传统医疗手段和方法，更是中华民族优秀历史文化宝库中的一枚珍宝，在科技高速发展的今天，随着国家改革的不断深入，我国医药学正以其独特的优势走出国门，走出亚洲，走向世界，越来越被更多的国家和地区的人们所接受，显示出其独特的魅力。因此中医院校英语专业肩负着培养中医药文化对外传播人才的历史使命，其人才培养目标是培养适应２１世纪中医药国际化趋势的、能开展中医药文化对外交流、翻译、商贸、教学等工作的高级复合型人才，使其在国际中医市场以及就业市场上能有独特的一技之长，为该专业的中医院校学生更具竞争力。

　　本校开设英语专业已有十年历史。十年间，我校英语专业实力不断发展壮大，而作为本校主流专业的中医学也越来越多的受到世界的瞩目。由此中医英语也成为一门推进中外医学交流必不可少的专业，中医英语逐渐成为一门发展中的新学科。在此学术背景下，深入探究在我校开设英语专业的优势，使我校英语专业发展前景更为明朗，势在必行。

　　目前我校英语专业本科生学制为4年，除专业英语课程设置与其他外语高校同步外，另开设中医英语教学，这也是我们的特色所在，特色即优势，关键在于如何利用和发展。具体而言，本校英语专业课程设置主要包括以下四个模块：英语语言模块、中医医学知识模块、中医英语模块和实践教学模块。英语语言类课程包括英语精读、英语泛读、英语视听、英语写作等英语技能课程，和英语语言学、英美文学、英美概况、英美文化等英语专业知识课程，在总课程中所占比例约为６０％；中医医学知识类课程包括中医基础理论、中医诊断学、针灸学等课程，所占比例约为20％；中医英语类课程包括中药英语、医学英语阅读等，所占比例约为10％；实践教学模块包括岗位实习、毕业论文写作等，所占比例约为１０％。

　　二．研究的目的意义

　　该项目主要针对我校英语专业的发展基础，竞争力及前景进行调查研究，并就如何扩大我校英语专业的优势提出相关性建议。

　　通过调查研究，分析出中医药院校英语专业的优势，打破人们对中医药院校英语专业的错误认识，以及结合中医英语的现状，消除社会对中医药院校英语专业认识的误区，更有效地推广中医英语，为学生就业提供更广泛的选择渠道，从而使我校英语专业逐渐成为一门系统全面而颇具特色的专业。中医英语作为一门颇具发展潜力的专业，可将中国传统医学与国际接轨，对中医的国际性传播交流有积极的促进作用，最终使中医英语成为一门热门的专业。

　　在中医药国际化的有利背景下，中医药院校英语专业教学要紧抓机遇、充分发挥其自身的特色与优势，迎接中医药教育国际化对英语教学的新要求，不断探索改革措施，为祖国培养专业知识扎实、英语应用能力强的国际化复合型中医药人才，将中医药文化传播海外。

四、课题研究方法步骤

“山东中医药大学英语专业的发展基础及前景”课题的研究方法主要采用综合运用、行动研究法、经验总结等方法。课题组成员通过采用问卷调查的方法，了解该校英语专业在校学生的学习现状及学生对学习中医英语的态度，在实践中边调查边总结，一方面提高自身专业素养，另一方面完善课程设置，使该专业学生得到更好的教学质量。

　　本课题研究分三个阶段进行：

1、准备阶段。搜集相关资料，确定研究课题，组建课题组，制定相应的研究方案和实施计划，明确分工。了解本校英语专业在校生的现状，进而认识本课题的研究价值。

2、实施阶段。鉴于本校的专业特色，集中精力开展该课题的研究工作。分别在三个年级（2011级~2013级）的在校生中以发放调查问卷及面对面采访的方式实施调查研究。最终分析总结调查结果并写出关于山东中医药大学英语专业的发展基础及前景的相关论文，以期培养学生学习中医英语的兴趣。

3、总结阶段。系统整理调查问卷，总结研究成果，形成论文。撰写课题研究报告，并申请结项。

五、课题研究的阶段性成果

　　关于山东中医药大学英语专业在校生专业现状的分析统计表

　　我们分别对本校2011级至2013级英语专业在校生进行一系列调查采访（2011级在校生已开始近一年中医英语课程的学习，2012级至2013级在校生还未开始学习中医英语）。经过一年的认真调查，努力实践，我们的课题研究取得一定的成果。

1、我们发现，在调查中对于目前学习英语的态度，多于60%的学生表示比较喜欢，尽管也有20%左右的学生不喜欢英语，但同样表示英语是一门重要的学科。

2、通过对调查结果的分析，仅有30%的2011级学生在入学前明确知道本校英语专业需要学习中医英语课程。相反地，多于一半的2012级和2013级学生在入学前就了解到需要学习中医英语的知识。进而我们可以看出学生对中医英语作为本校英语特色专业的认知度的增强以及这一课程在本校该专业的推广程度逐渐加深，前景广阔。

3、在对调查结果的分析中，我们得到了一个矛盾的结论。对于还未学习中医英语的学生，他们都有乐观积极的态度，表示对此课程的学习非常期待。然而，

　　在他们当中仅仅有约17%的人认真了解过中医课程，但对于已经接触过中医英语的学生则表示课程难度较大，不易理解，在学习该课程之前，约29%的学生认真了解过中医课程，而了解的途径仅限于学校的公选课。

4、另外，作为英语专业的特色课程，尽管学习有一定难度，但通过调查结果的分析，近一半的还为学习中医知识的学生认为中医英语可以为他们自身提供一项技能，为将来就业在市场上多一份竞争力。与之相反的是，已学过该课程的学生表示所学知识过于表面，对以后就业作用不大。

5、对于中医英语课程难度较大这一问题，我们了解到的主要原因是学生认为该课程的教材是全英文版本，并且中医知识复杂难记。在我们的采访中同样出现一个原因是由于在大学前两年没有涉及中医基础知识方面的课程，这是所反映出的困扰学生的最大问题。

6、对于面临即将到来的毕业季，60%的学生表示要考研。而在这些学生中，约45%的学生选择本专业继续读研，却也不乏对中医感兴趣从而选择这一考研方向的学生。

7、通过采访我们可以看出，较多的学生认为英语在我国教学中的比例的降低并不会对该专业的学生今后就业带来多大的担忧。相反，在就业市场的竞争力会得到一定的提高。因为在当前我国稳定的发展和与国际社会越来越多的接触中，对于英语这一专业性较强的技能的需求还是不可或缺的。在未来3-5年或更长的时间里这一需求会明显的增强。

六、反思及建议

　　针对课题研究所作出的以上阶段性成果，小组成员通过共同研究及调查采访做出以下反思及建议，有望推进本校英语专业中医授课的进一步完善和发展，助力培养兼具中医知识和高级英语技能的复合型人才。

1、反思

在当前的教学环境下，大学英语教学主要是进行以基础英语为中心的教学，其教学目标主要是：培养学生的英语综合应用能力，特别是听说能力，使他们在今后学习、工作和社会交往中能用英语有效地进行交际，同时增强其自主学习能力，提高综合文化素养，以适应我国社会发展和国际交流的需要。然而在当今多元化世界背景下，英语更多地做为一种工具进行沟通交流，学生除掌握语言技能外更需要多掌握其它专业技能，这也是我校在英语专业学生中开展中医英语课程的初衷，期望依附本校的中医专业特色，培养出具有中医学素养的英语专业生。然对于学校、教师及学生来说，我们现今正处于这一专业的发展阶段，机遇与挑战并存。这主要来源于以下几方面问题： ?.目前，精通中医药学专业又擅长英语语言的复合型人才较少。英语教师注重英语语言功底和语言教学能力，着力培养学生的词汇、语法、口语等语言基本技能无可厚非，但对所教授的中医课程内容的深度、广度有限。 ?.课程设置及培养模式不够完善。当前大学英语的课程设置和培养模式 还是以语言技能的培训为主，没有将中医药英语翻译、中医药国际交流等专业因素整合进去，仍然是以单一的课堂多媒体教学为主要培养手段。课时较短，中医英语词汇量大，学好语言技能下要完善中医知识的学习巩固需要更大的学习强度，对学生的学习能力要求更高。 ?.授课方式较为单一，缺乏实践互动和学习趣味性，学生难以将所学知识更好的消化吸收，学以致用。

　　同时，虽然以上问题是确实存在的，但我们的发展现状并非一筹莫展，通过篇五：小学英语课堂调查报告

　　小学英语课堂有效性的调查报告

一、问题的提出

　　课堂教学是小学英语教学的主要途径，构建以有效活动、有效学习为中心，以任务为主线的课堂教学模式成为小学英语教学所追求的理想境界。因此，老师们在课堂上力求让学生在“动”中学，在“乐”中学，在公开课上，学生唱唱跳跳玩玩做做演演，还有图片、实物和多媒体来助阵，气氛非常活跃，场面非常热闹。然而，活跃和热闹的背后，课堂教学效果又是如何呢？ 就本人来说，所教的班级教学质量比较稳定，为了总结经验，发现缺漏，我对自己所任班级的三年级期中英语教学成绩进行了调查分析。调查情况分析显示，我所任班级的学生成绩优（85分以上）的占85%，不及格的占3%,其余为及格和良。这说明在整体良好的后面，还有不足之处，这就让我对自己的课堂教学同样有了新的审视，重新探讨、反思课堂教学的实效性，那么，如何优化课堂教学，提高课堂教学的实效性？

二、概念的界定

“有效”是通过课堂教学，使全体学生最大限度地获得知识、身心得到发展，“有效英语课堂教学”必须具备以下特点：（1）英语学习氛围能激发学生英语学习的积极性，保持学生英语学习的热情。（2）英语游戏活动能吸引学生的积极参与语言实践活动，并使其从中获得发展语言能力；（3）教学提问要与文本息息相关，并能立足于教材，但不固守教材能拓展教材，从而促使学生将生活带入课堂，最终再将课堂所学的英语回归生活；（4）教学评价要有利于促进学生个性的发展，使每一个学生都能体验到成功的喜悦。有效课堂教学的实践研究，就是以课堂教学为研究对象，在实践中对影响课堂教学效益的各种因素进行分析研究，努力避免副作用，减少无用功，真正实现有效教学，从而全面提高学校的教学质量。

三、基于概念开发的课堂观察表

　　为了探讨“切实提高课堂的有效性”，我组把“提高课堂的有效性”的重点放在课堂提问及学生参与活动的实效性的探究、调查，所以在组内开展了探讨有效提问及有效教学活动的公开教学及课堂实录，由本人及陈老师承担三年级的同一个单元的公开教学录像课。

（一）课堂教学简介

1、课型：二节课中，郑老师的第一节课是词汇（11-15）、句型教学的新授课，陈老师老师的是词汇（16-20）、对话教学的新授课。

2、主要教学环节：三（3）班以数字11—15及鸟儿风筝等为说话材料，教学how many birds do you see？i see? 以句型教学为主要内容。三（4）班以句型为基础，继续教学本单元中的新单词16—20及对话教学，通过安排不同的活动巩固新单词新句型。二堂课正巧是二种教学内容，较好地体现了英语课的不同课型，较具有有代表性。

　　河南旅游英文网站调查报告

【摘要】 旅游英文网站是对外宣传的一种媒介。通过调查，发现英文网站中存在着翻译方面的问题。本文将从理论和实践的角度对河南旅游英文网站中的翻译进行分析。

　　一 前言

　　河南是一个旅游大省，丰富的旅游资源吸引着无数的外国游客前来观光，为了更好的使外国游客了解河南，大量的旅游英文资料涌现，旅游英文网站就是其中之一。笔者浏览了河南旅游局及众多景点网站，发现存在各种各样的问题。本文拟从理论与实践的角度出发，分析英文网站中出现的翻译问题，并针对这些问题提出相应的对策及方法。

　　二 调查方法

　　通过浏览河南旅游局及各景点的中文网站和英文网站，发现其中存在的问题，及时修改更正。

　　三 英文旅游网站现状

　　1网站的建设不全面，内容少

　　省内各景点的中文网站内容丰富，全面，版面设计新颖夺目，但英文网站与之相比则稍有逊色。在景点的介绍上，英文网站的内容较为单一，只是某几个景点的介绍并没有提及与之相连系的历史地理文化背景知识。因此有些专有词汇的翻译并不能被外国游客所理解。并且这些翻译中不乏拼写错误。

　　2翻译不准确

　　在专有名词的翻译中，有些烦已不够准确。例如，开封的卞绣的译名为“kai feng bian xiu Embroidery”其中Embroidery”本身就有刺绣，刺绣品的意思。故翻译为“kai feng embroidery”完全可被外国人接受，理解。bianxiu反而妨碍了外宾对这些词的理解，建议去掉。

　　3历史文化词汇解释

　　由于中外历史文化不同，很多中国特有的历史文化词汇，不被外国游客理解，在翻译中这些影响读者理解的因素都要被化解，适当增加相应的文化背景解释或注释。如山海经，翻译为shanhaijing,，读者看过后并不知道这到底是介绍什内容的书籍，而译为“the claic of mountains and rivers”则非常清楚地告诉读者，这是一本描写山河的著作。又如，“唐三彩”译为“tri-cobared glazed pottery of the Tang Dynasty”.而不译为“san cai glaze pottery”.

　　四 现状分析

　　通过调查，有以下几个因素导致错误的产生：一 译者的历史文化背景知识不够全面，导致误译或用词不够准确。二 英文网站的发展建设应进一步得到各方面的重视。 三 校对人员失误，导致拼写错误。

　　五 结语

　　通过调查，发现我省英文网站存在一些翻译的问题，英文网站是对外宣传的一个重要窗口，不规范的翻译会影响一个城市的整体形象。笔者建议：完善英文网站建设，规范景点翻译用词，提高译者水平，通过窗口作用吸引更多的外国游客。
