五、具体出境安排
1.出境时间：拟于 20xx 年 4 月初 2.考察地点：日本、韩国 3.拟考察时间：10 天
六、报名方式
秘书处将于统一时间内办理出境考察的相关手续， 因两国签证办理所需流 程复杂，如果确定参加考察，请尽快与秘书处电话联系报名，填写报名人员的 考察情况表并邮件回复，于 20xx 年 3 月 5 日之前将其余另行通知的报名所需 资料准备齐全，邮寄给秘书处统一送签。
