一、转变教育观念，是创新教育的前提
转变教育观念不应当是一个空泛的概念，而应当有具体的内涵。从全面实施素质教育方面看，我们应当从以下几个方面实现切实的转变。

二、营造宽松的学习环境，是创新教育的保证
要培养创造型人才，就必须建立起良好的学习环境，经常在课内外采用肯定性和激励性评价方式来激励学生。对于学生回答的问题，注意发现其闪光点，并及时反馈给学生。如：你的发音很准确；你回答问题的声音真响亮；你说得非常好；等等。美国心理学家阿瑞提对个人创造力提出了十分独特的见解，他认为，与集体活动相补充的“单独性”，与紧张学习工作状态相对比的“闲散状态”，与理性思维相反的“幻想”，以及摆脱禁锢的“自由思维”，是培养创造力的重要条件。因此教师在平时教学中应关爱学生，信任学生，尊重学生，师生间形成民主、平等的人际关系，使学生身心愉悦，有安全感，形成积极向上的精神状态和健康的心理。只有不断创设这种宽松、和谐的学习环境，学生的思维才会不受束缚，他们才会自主学习，才可能去探索、去创造。
三、培养学生的参与意识和协作精神，是创新教育的动力

一、拓展初中作文教学空间
在初中阶段，许多学生对作文简直是敬而远之。教师在作文课堂教学中也通过多媒体教学等激发学生的学习兴趣，效果也有提高。但是一些中等程度的学生作文兴趣不浓，在作文中仍然东拼西凑，质量不高。因此，将初中作文教学从单纯的课内教学向课外教学延伸，从单一的课堂指导向综合指导发展，给予作文教学更广泛的空间，具有四个方面的积极意义：
一是有利于调动学生作文学习的兴趣。从单纯的教室走向生活、走向社会、走出围墙的束缚，可以让学生眼前一亮，产生新奇的感受，可以充分激发学生对作文学习的兴趣爱好。许多学生在走出教室之后，在美丽的风景中，在活动的现场开展观察与作文指导，心情愉悦、兴致很高，学习兴趣和以往不可同日而语。

1. 带领学生走进景点观察创作。描写景物的文章属于具有一定难度的指导类型，教师要通过活动让学生印象深刻，才能夠详细描写。为了实现这样的目标，笔者带领学生走进校园人工湖景点进行观察，教师开展现场指导，学生怎样掌握景物描写的顺序，如何抓住景物特点，恰当地运用哪些写作手法等都会产生直观的影响，只有身临其境、感同身受才能更好地提高学生这一类型文章的写作水平。
2. 带领学生拜访先模交流创作。人物描写在初中作文教学中占据了大块头，怎样走出模式化的描写状况，必须要让学生更加直观地了解描写对象。笔者带领学生拜访了一些先进人物，有享誉四方的老中医，有一生桃李芬芳的老教师，也有受到省市表彰的劳动模范。拜访这些先进人物，并且拜访多名先进人物，在听他们讲述自己过去的事例过程中，指导学生认真地记录，细心地搜集整理这些宝贵的素材，同时认真地观察肖像，这就获得了人物描写中最关键的两个方面素材。而且这些素材来源广泛、印象深刻，教师进行适当的点拨，学生就可以独立构思，创作出一篇较为成功的人物描写文章。
