导师要的是那些能做事少说话的学生，就是什么事都做的那种学生。所以你与导师第一次见面时，不要夸夸其谈，这样的学生导师是80%讨厌的。那第一次与导师见面说些什么，一：可以聊一些有关专业方面的问题，而这些你最好是在你自己见导师之前就准备好的，一个能提出好问题的学生比一些能解决问题的学生还重要，问专业问题时，不要什么都问，因为有些问题会让导师觉得你什么也不懂，那么他要不要你还真得好好考虑一下。二：要是你的确没什么好问题问，那怎么办，那就聊天，对，就是聊天！说说这里的天气，这是一个万能的话题，没人对此反感的。三：礼给导师，送什么呢，我觉得不要太值钱的东西，这样不太好，就弄些家里十分特别的东西，也就是特产之类的东西，比如你来自江西景德镇，那么瓷器是必不可少的，一定要是精品，不要随便在一个地货难上弄一个！
说完这些见面“礼”，就轮到面试了;
注意，许多同学把面试与招工的面试混为一谈，这两者之间是有着极大的不同的，因为招工他是从几十个人来选几个人出来，而面试是从十几个人里选一两个出去。所以招工面试可以出奇制胜，而如果你想在这里也来个出奇至胜，那么往往是出奇至败的。
面试的衣着也是很重要的，对于男生来说，如果你选西装，那么你就要注意以下几点：
1：袖口的商标一定要剪掉（不要问为什么，剪去没错）
2：穿西装要注意“三色原理”，什么是三色原理，就是说你身上的 色不过三，也就是说你身上所有的色加起来不能超过三种色彩。领带最好用好一些的，因为那是你的NO2脸，花纹要是几何图形的。如果你的鞋是黑的，那么你的皮带也要是一样的色。
3：不能穿白袜子，为什么，因为在正规场合，这是禁忌，在国外别人把这样的人说成是驴，那么你的脚就自然是驴脚了。
4：不要夹领带夹，因为领带夹只有VIP与公安等企业事业单位的工作人员用，一般的人就不能夹那个的至于你选休闲装，就省事多了，如果你选休闲装的话，面试的老师也不会与你计较这些。
女生：
1：我建议都选休闲装，因为女人的衣着不是一般人能搞定的，（装的讲究太
多了）
2：如果你的长头发，那么面试时一定一定一定要扎起来，不能披发，可能有的同学觉得自己披发很好看，可是这里可不要那个好看。
3：如果你有体味，可以弄点香水，但要用淡的，也不要用多种香水，最好用一种或同一系列的香水。
4：可以适当地化些淡妆，因为化妆是对别人的尊敬，注意是淡妆
5：一般不建议查口红，不过你要查得注意：口红的色要与你的衬衣色一至，另指油也要一至，不过好这不要为好
6不能穿带皮的裤子，因为在国外，只有妓女才川皮裙，所以带的裤不要考虑，不管你是不是觉得好看都不要！
现在说说怎么去面对老师了。
坐在中间的那个老师自然是一把手了，进去之前，最好能向他问个好，不要硬绑绑地一屁股坐在椅子上，等他示意你坐，先对他说 谢谢！礼多人不怪
位置是这样的，中间的老师是老大，你自己右边的老师是老二，你左边的是老三，依此推理。
