下午好！
往这一站，有两点感受，第一：我觉得我特别荣幸，能够站在教坛新星评选的讲台，让我们这些与课改同行的年轻老师又得到了一次历练，第二，因为荣幸，所以兴奋，我将借《快乐的回忆》来释放我对语文教学的激情，不求深刻，但愿真实
各位评委听过这样的句子么：诸葛亮深夜在卧室看嫦娥一号升空。王奶奶秋夜在屋顶吃肯德鸡，你们笑了，当一句句离奇搞笑的话从孩子的想象中迸发时，我看到他们的快乐，这堂作文课，就是把同学分成ABCD四组，分别写人物，时间，地点，干什么，随后组成一句话，拒绝庸俗低级，追求想象新颖。每当古怪的句子传出时，孩子们就忍俊不禁，那笑声似乎震塌屋顶，开始是写纸条的好奇，后来是读纸条的快乐，最后呢是写作文的情趣。哲人说：每个汉字就是一支声情并茂的歌，组成句子时，更让人惊叹它是如此瑰丽。，回忆起和孩子在语言文字中“出生入死”的课堂，感受语文的魅力，我会说：课堂让我快乐！
若非特殊情况，很多晚上，静静地读回书，会很受用它能熨烫人的心灵，让目光，掠过坚硬，暗淡，丑陋，猜疑和争斗，留住的是干净，柔软，明亮和美好，读经典也读动漫，和名师做无声的交流，蒋军晶三年读四万元的书让我自愧不如，窦桂梅说读书是另一种备课让我倍感亲切，可以说“凡有所学，皆成性格”读书让我感性，但绝不肤浅，我愿把这种感性化做为师的情怀，读书也让我有点底气，我愿把这种底气转化成站在讲台上的`勇气。读书让我快乐！
最后我要说：创新我快乐，记得诗人歌德说过：民族的生命力在与蓬勃的创新能力，所以我努力让我的教学充满才智和激情，惊喜和新鲜，让教学富有变化，变化中有新意，新意中要蕴涵价值，每天批注三篇文章，背一句格言，每学期看一部整本的好书，班级五大区角的布置色彩缤纷，充满个性色彩，有用废料粘贴，却又栩栩如生的手工制作作品，有虽稚嫩却有崭露艺术天赋的绘画，书法作品，我还和孩子们一起插上一双灵敏的触角，积极开展语文实践活动，：走向垓下，让我采访你，我的e家，小小新闻角，这样的细节不胜枚举，都是结合时事的创造性尝试，让我体验到和孩子一同成长的快乐。
各位评委，我心目中的导师陶渊明说：归去来兮，园芜户不归。我没田园，也无法芜户。但我会追求我心中的田园——语文课堂，让它与孩子相融，与课改同行，与创新同步，与书香为伴。与孩子相融，制造更多快乐的回忆！

I’m very honored to stand here and give you a short speech! To begin with ,I want to ask a question .Does everybody dream a good dream last night? Actually ,today I want to talk about dream with you. Of course, What I want to talk is not a dream you have last night,but a dream—— about life.
Everyone has dreams about life, different dreams at different life stage,and we need dreams to support us. Dreams are like the stars we never reach in the sky,but like most mariners（水手）,we can chart our course by them. With the dream,we have a direction,with a direction, we were no longer the dream, there is hope,With hope, we have the strength to fight.
But I know，life is tough,and there are always ups and downs, maybe we fail in the way to our aims,and we may feel depressed ,whenever at this time, the dream in our heart can always comfort us, encourage us ,and support us to move ahead.
Young!Fortunately, I am young now. Just due to it, I know that nothing is firmly believe that nothing can stand in my way.
I cant realize my dream,it result from that I havent work harder enough and I wont find other excuses. If no people believe you, you can make it to prove that you are right. If you think the god havent blessed you and there is no truth here, you can become the god and create the truth.
"My breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow, my sword is famous in Kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains." At some time in the past I also had am bitious words and I had some achievements. Each achievement results from my hard work. I always believe that "If you want to have more achievements than others, you must work harder."
In some extent, the dream is the hope. If you can insist on doing something, the victory will come.

坚持不是为了所有人，而是为了强者。
生命的旋律在我耳边回荡，思绪回到了那一天的坚持。
小时候来到水库，岸边的芦花摇着头发，微风让它“低语”，像是孩子轻快的脚步，像是欢快搞笑的诗句。烈日灼红地面，树林里淡雅的花朵在林中鸟鸣中睁眼，十分艳丽。
拿出渔具，把鱼饵丢进水里，水花四溅，像一朵盛开在花丛中的野菊，透露着它的芬芳。没过多久，彩车沉了下去，他的手微微颤抖，他举起来：“我去！多好的一把剪刀啊！运气真好！今年什么都有。”坚持一会儿！时光飞逝如箭，额头上有一颗乒乓球般大的珍珠。就在我要放弃的时候，鱼沉了，心里大喜过望。我伸出像鸡爪一样的小手，努力提起。好大一条鱼！真是快乐的仙女。
只要坚持，就会有收获。
冬末，我们一家人来到了山脚。看着眼前的群山，蜿蜒的山路像一条龙坐在那里。一股冷气从后面蹑手蹑脚的进来，比如碰到皮肤上的冰，更像是在冰洞里。没有一个激灵，我突然觉得困了。当我们开始爬山时，我们一路顺风。当我们到达山顶时，山路被大雪淹没了，但怀着必胜的决心，我们爬上了山顶。
坚持是成功的金钥匙。
仲夏，跆拳道开始了。教练瓜子脸，字眉，眉心有疤，穿着白色长袖连衣裙，黑色腰带，戴着彩色帽子。一开始，教练让我们作弊。开始出轨，我的身体以肉眼可见的速度下沉，疼痛难忍，眼泪像波涛汹涌的`黄河一样直落。在自己的坚持下终于成功了。
坚持是一切的动力。
坚持的路不是一条笔直的路，而是几条曲折的路，坚持在你的身边。
无论它在哪里，都要坚持下去。
