1、单词、课文是英语最基础的部分，每个同学都需要能够熟练的背诵，背，并不是一个一个字母硬塞入脑袋里，有时一个单词是由几个单词组成的，我比较推荐用音标来记单词，通过每个单词的音标音节就可以理解快速的背单词、课文，并且只要你记得这个单词，即使忘了，再给音标一样能写出单词，所以背单词、课文，只要理解有方法。有时强记也是需要的，那时背单词、课文对你来说再也不是一件头疼的事。
2、每天坚持听磁带是锻炼听力的最有效的方法。一般的.英语试卷，听力占20%，是很大的分数，所以想考高分的话，听力必须保证满分。听磁带时要仔细听，一个一个单词的听，能清楚的听到每一个单词组成的句子，如果有含糊不清的，不要只想着跳过，应该重复地听，直到听清为止。我们可以在老师上新课前提前预习，预习新课文并且听课文磁带，这样老师讲新课时，你就可以清楚的知道，每一个单词每个句子在哪里，在讲什么，听课效率肯定会提高很多，尤其对一些在英语方面不是很优秀同学来说，这是很有帮助。

It is possible to build up faith in oneself by having the right attitude towards one’s abilities. We should never underestimate one’s abilities. But believe in the proverb: “Where there is a will, there is a way.” Confidence is the promise for fulfilling a task successfully.
