自我介绍的重要性不言而喻。首先，自我介绍是一个面试者的门面，是面试官初步了解考生的途径，决定了面试官对考生的第一印象。其次，自我介绍也是面试官进行追问的依据，如果考生精心设计自己的自我介绍，详略得当，设置悬念，很有可能面试官会问到考生提前准备好的'问题。最后，自我介绍是考生唯一确定的题目，其余任何问题考生只能任由考官提问，都存在不确定性。
