八年级英语课改反思 篇1

  八年级的语法知识点增多,难度也有所提高,对学生的口语表达能力和阅读能力都有新的要求,这就对教师的要求有了新的提高,八年级英语语法教学反思。

  一、教师在教学的过程中首先要把握重难点。

  我认为这是教学中对教师最重要的要求。如果无法很好的把握重难点,则会对重点知识的讲授蜻蜓点水,导致学生也无法分清重难点。学生在学习的过程中把大量的时间花费在零散知识上,而忽视了重之之重。教师为了更好的把握重难点就要认真的研读教材,仔细研究教学参考,并且做好教学反思,从同学们的错误中反馈自己的失误,不断地摸索和探索。

  二、其次语法讲解一定要清楚,透彻。

  在讲解重点语法的过程中,教师要多举例子,并且要学生造句子,不能光停留在枯燥,抽象的讲解过程中。

  三、应加强学生的对话强度,鼓励不开口说英语的学生开口,

  有些学生是对自己不自信,是因为曾经对话的过程中,出现失误却被老师尖刻的言语刺伤,所以当学生出现错误的时候应微笑着让他坐下,然后再纠正错误。有些同学的对话可能会脱离现实生活,但只要开口说英语就要鼓励

  四、在教学过程中应以学生为主体。

  整个课堂是学生在开口说而不是老师在干巴巴的讲授。尤其是教材的中间一部分,阅读部分。要使同学们在听录音和默读的前提下做课本上要求的练习题,也可以确定几个话题,学生用英语进行讨论,锻炼他们用英文思考的能力,运用所学语言的能力。课文部分教材给出了一篇文章然后学生进行阅读,并且文章后面有若干个问题,在这一部分一定要让学生在默读的前提下独立完成或者小组讨论回答问题。锻炼他们的应试能力。

  我个人认为应该打好学生的单词基础。在讲授的过程中让同学们记有些词或短语,可以帮助学生们理解课文。

  任务型教学要组织好丰富多彩的课堂游戏。学生活泼好动,想象力、模仿力都很强,但45分钟的一节课,他们很难始终如一地集中精力听好课。为了活跃课堂气氛,提高学生的注意力,提高教学效果,应组织一些课堂游戏。所有的游戏操作都要求学生用英语来做,这样轮流做了几次游戏后,学生对本节课内容就掌握得差不多了。整个过程学生都在愉快地接受一切。

  英语每一课都有相应的录音磁带,每一书教师都深充分利用录音进行教学,还要求同学们回家自己录音,这样既激发了学生的学习兴趣,还培养和训练了的学生的听力。同时,进一步巩固了所学内容。我还亲手设计了每一课的投影片,每节课学生总能看到遍真的投影片,并配以逼真的动作。设投影片最大的好处是画面可以反复出现,突出了教学重点,提高了他们在真实情景中对话的交际能力。

  学生的学习过程是一个由无到有,由少到多的知识积累过程,通过一段时间的学习,他们已经掌握了某些情景中的某些会话。怎样使这些知识真正地得到应用呢?我采用的方法是利用各种场合开展课文活动,使学生有充分的发挥余地,在这些场合中,他们能很自觉地把学过的知识点串联起来,把一个个不同的语境、不同的角色编成小品短剧,形象生动地展现出来,他们的模仿表演能力远远超过了成人。学生在表演中使知识得到了巩固,使学生在乐中学。

  多年的教学实践证明,在课堂中要保持学生良好的学习状态,于是我充分利用学生的好胜心理,每节课充分展开各种竞赛活动,把每个学生编成不同的序号,对教学中的各种知识展开比赛,并对胜者进行奖励,这一举措提高了课堂效率,让学生深深体会到竞争的乐趣,同时也在不知不觉中掌握了所有的知识。

  走进新课堂,教师不再是传授知识的机器,学生也不再是为学知识而学习,而是在学习中体现着师生互动、生生互动,共同体会着智慧之美,科学之美,人道之美,感受人类心灵的博大与深邃,感受到人类所创造文化的灿烂与辉煌。

  新课程标准的实施,给每一个教师提出了新的课题,就是如何有效地开展英语创新教育,培养具有创新能力、高素质的人才。因此,我们需要挑战旧的教学方法,建立新的教学理念,努力为学生创设轻松、愉快的学习环境,在不同的学习阶段,不断诱发学生的好奇心,鼓励学生大胆尝试,通过自主学习实践活动,丰富学生的想象力。

  我班有 人,通过初一一年英语学习,大多数学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事。能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息。能读懂短篇故事,能写便条和简单的书信。但由于各种因素的影响,学生发展参差不齐。有少数学生因为基础不够好,学习很吃力而,有的因此扰乱课堂次序,这给教学带来不少困难。

  积极全面开展教学、教育和科研工作,通过整个备课组的努力,力争英语成绩在去年的水平上有一定程度的提高。认真高效备课,狠抓课堂教学,向45分钟要质量;缩小班与班的差距,将平行班各班级分差控制在5分以内,实验班各班级均分继续保持在3分以内;在初二阶段的日常教学中注重基础知识训练,强化听说练习,将优秀率提升;积极辅导学生参加竞赛,争取取得优秀的成绩。

  四、学期工作重点

  1. 继续培养良好的学习习惯,在学生学习的过程中,既要抓布置,更要抓检查,对于一些不良的习惯要早发现,早处理,不让其发展。学习上抓中间,促两头,防止后进生队伍的扩大。

  2.继续坚持集体备课,发挥集体智慧,认真钻研教材,改进教法,提高课堂效率。 我们备课组教师将珍惜每周备课时间,共同研究教法,经常性进行组内互听互评,不断提升自身业务水平。针对教材的特点,备课组全体成员要做到精心备课,吃透教材,根据每个单元各自特征和学生的实际能力,制定出不同教学设计方案,以此促进学生的积极性。在平时的常规课堂教学时,力求教学明确目标,突出重点,抓住关键点和难点,充分调动学生的积极性,发挥学习主动性。

  八年级学生,总体基础明显参差不齐,有几个学生根本没有学习目标,一两个完全放弃学习,纪律不够好,这成了班级英语成绩的总体提高的拦路虎。另外,学生在情感态度、学习策略等方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不明确英语学习的目的;有些学生在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律。

  这学期,本人担任八年级一班、八年级五班英语教学工作。八年级一班现有人数66人,在上学期的期末统考中,有十七人几个,排名为全县第十五名。八年级五班有学生45人,上学期的全市统考中,及格率为百分之百,优秀率为百分之八十,排名全县第二。一班的学生基础很差,学习兴趣也不是很高,本学期要充分调动学生学习积极性,夯实基础。五班有9名学生没有上80分,况且有各别学生英语成绩下降,不尽如人意,学习不主动,本学期要进步一严格要求学生,督促学生认真完成作业,改进教学方法,让更多的学生喜欢学习英语。
