  7月5日,本届英语口语技能实习专业生迎来了大学里第一个实习--英语口语技能实习。有紧张,有不安,有好奇,但更多的是期待……

  学校里的实习安排还真是特别,不是与外国人交流;不是整天呆在教室与同学进行情景对话或讨论,或是上台表演;更不是去某某公司或学校,而是分组准备情景对话和主题讨论的材料,然后就是表演和口语测试。这着实令人费解……

  实习的第一天是开会布置任务,全系88号人早已据安排被分为九组,每组九到十人,老师把每组排在第一个的同学定为组长,而我有幸成为第二大组的组长。当天我们组就确定了小组分组和情境与主题的选定,但随着任务及实习计划的不断变动,我们组最终将情景确定为At school 和 In a market,主题选定为Family,friendship and love, which is the most important? 也确定好了内部分组。材料的准备并不难,倒是要在短时间内既要注意发音,还要与搭档配合得体,这点才是难点。通过13号的情景对话、主题讨论的表演考察以及14号的口语测试,我发现自己的口语着实存在以下三大问题:一、发音不到位,单词发音能准确到位,但到了句子、段落、篇章时,就难以注意到个别单词的发音,并且对重音概念不清;二、语调不明显,从嘴里吐出来的英文大多都很平淡,没有多大的语调差别,从而听起来缺乏感情、激情,感觉生硬;三、自信不足,正因为如此,才很少开口说英语,在众人面前说英语会紧张,表现得不自然。

  实习已结束,不管结果怎样,但重要的是过程,我不仅更加明白自己的口语所存在的问题,而且也懂得了英语口语在日常生活运用的重要性。

  针对自己的问题,我一定会对症下药,根据老师的建议,选择适合自己的英语节目或新闻广播,每天坚持听、练,从而纠正自己的发音,树立自信。

  实习总结:我暑期口语实习的单位是重庆市垫江实验中学校,担任初二二班的英语老师,由于我就读的是非师范专业,教学经验很少,因此,我对教学工作不敢怠慢,认真学习,深入研究教学方法,虚心向有经验的优秀教师请教,实习是个人综合能力的检验。要想讲好课,除了英语基础知识功底深厚外,还需有一定的实践能力。作为一名教师,还要求有较强的表达能力,同时还要善于引导学生思考、调节课堂氛围等。这也要求了我们要改变传统而又枯燥的教学模式,大胆创新,不要老是束缚于老的教学方法中,在教学中要有自己独到之处,有新意。让学生在快乐的心情下上好每一节英语课。英语是一门语言,困此,除了课堂效果之外,还需要让学生多读,多讲,多练。为此,在早自习口语操练时,我充分利用有效时间,发现问题及时纠正。另外,对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式,提高他们的能力。此次实习,我深深体会到了积累知识的重要性,虽有课本作参考,但学生常常问及课本以外的知识,有的还涉及到人文历史地理方面,确实够我折腾了的。通过这次实习,我真正领会了以前一位学长送给我的一句话:“在学校要多看多学,到了社会总有用到的时候。”以前我就希望自己能做一名老师,因为我觉得教师是一份很不错的职业,我很喜欢英语,我也知道做一名普通的英语老师,不能拿高薪,但是它是一份比较稳定的工作,而且和学生打交道会比与社会上的人打交道更轻松。所以,我希望自己在学校期间能认真把专业知识学好,基础打牢,毕竟只有自己的水平提高了,才能把学生教好。

  周记一

  到学校实习已经一周了,可我还是觉得对学校学生的基本情况和基础不了解,也没有注意到学生这个角色在我的教学活动中的重要性。我一开始只是研究书本和教材,不断的翻阅资料,想方设法让课堂生动,而忽略了教学的内容和学生的联系,也没有注意去了解学生的水平。在讲授第一堂课的时候,我就碰了钉子。我按照自己的学习计划,跟着教案,上了一堂自认为生动又容易接受的英语课。我在讲台上很卖力的说着事先准备好的教学内容,慢慢地发现学生从最初的满眼的期待渐渐失去了学习的兴趣,最后能认真听课的人越来越少。 课后,我认真听了同学们的反应,作了认真的思考才知道,学生们的基础没有我想象中的好,而我讲的口语大部分同学都听不懂,学生最开始听课,是冲着新老师那股新鲜感来的,由于对英语的掌握不够,听不懂了之后就干脆不听了。可见,我上课之前没有了解学生的真实情况,让我的教学工作走了歪路。仔细想想,一方面,农村的学生,英语听说能力相对较弱。尽管他们这几届的学生都是从小学三四年级就开始学英语,但是由于小学甚至初中的学校里教育设施从硬件上和软件上都没有一个相对较高的水平,硬件没有好的学习条件,没有语音室,没有多媒体设施,而软件上没有很好的英语老师,他们的英语学习只强调了一个考试的时候有好的分数,几乎完全忽略了听英语的能力和说英语的能力,因此,授课的时候采用全英教学,同学们还不能适应。另一方面,我上课的班级比较活跃,上课的气氛一开始很积极,但是事实上学习成绩中等生占多数,尖子生相对较少,也就是说中下层面比较广。把知识讲得不够详细就没有照顾到整体的水平。我备课的时候完全没有注意到这一点,因此才会出现教学的效果不理想。

  由此,我得出的结论是,了解和分析学生的学习情况,实事求是,做到因材施教。希望自己在接下来的一周里能够做得更好。

  周记二

  回顾这两周的实习我是很用心的,但用心不一定等于成功,我毕竟只是一名实习生,在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章,而且缺乏教学经验。虽然已经上过一周的课了,但当我正面对那么多双眼睛时,我仍然很紧张。每当站在讲台上,被一双双纯净的眼睛聚精会神地望着时,我知道,我必须尽我最大的努力把他们教好。

  但是有时候,当我讲得很认真,甚至热得我大汗淋漓,吼得我声音都快哑掉的时候,我却看到有的同学在那儿睡觉,有的在那儿讲话,根本不认真听课,也不尊重我的劳动成果,那时我真的是很生气,觉得自己的劳动在他们那儿什么都不是,她们根本就不把我这个实习老师放在眼里,我真的很想狠狠地骂她们一顿,然后质问她们为什么要那样对我,顿时,我领悟到了为什么以前自己读书的时候上课不认真,老师为什么那么生气,以前总是觉得,读不读书,上课认不认真都是学生自己的事情,老师干嘛整天为这个生气,为这个跟学生发脾气啊?现在我终于理解到教师是多么的伟大了。于是,我没有对他们大发脾气,因为我知道,我现在的角色是一个老师,她们只是一群十几岁的孩子,她们不懂事我不能跟他们计较,更不能用偏激的方式去教育他们。而是应该用比较人性,比较和蔼的方式去劝导她们认真听课,好好学习。当然,我也知道,这里面也有我不成功的地方,因为我觉得,如果一个老师的上课内容不能激发学生的兴趣的话,那么,她不是一个合格的老师。

  这些也激励我在以后的教学中,一定要注意培养学生的学习兴趣,激发学生自发地学习。老实说,在这实习的时间里,我并没有做到一名合格的好老师,也没能让所有的学生都喜欢我,但只要有一名学生记住我,那么我的第一次实习就不遗憾了。记得那是这周二,一个学生递来一张字条:老师,我喜欢你的微笑,当你微笑着走近我时,使我感到了从来没有过的亲切,我很喜欢你。这是我在实习里收到的最好的,最值得珍藏的礼物。我想,其实走近学生的第一步只须微笑就够。

  但是我深深地领悟到,要想做一名合格的教师,微笑是远远不够的,最重要的是要在英语教学上做出成绩,让学生获得更多的英语知识,让她们的成绩能够明显的提高。于是,我虚心地向其他优秀的有经验的老师请教教学方法和技巧,怎么教,怎么才能教好。一个老师告诉我:备课充分,能调动学生的积极性,上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力,因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入,不让其分心,这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富,现实;教态自然,讲课生动,难易适中照顾全部,就自然能够吸引住学生。所以,老师每天都要有充足的精神,让学生感受到一种自然气氛。英语是一门外语,对学生而言,既生疏又困难,在这样一种大环境之下,要教好英语,就要让学生喜爱英语,让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪,不愿学也无法学下去。

  实习工作虽然已经结束了,但我相信这不是终点,而是另一个新的起点。在实习中获得的经历和体会,对于我们今后走上工作岗位,都有很大的帮助。经过这次实习,也提高了我的专业水平,教学水平,得了很多课本上没有的技能。但是在这两周的表现中,也有很多的不足和还值得去认真学习的地方,希望在未来的日子里,能得到有经验的老师们的指导,我也会通过自己的努力,不断的改进自己,获得好的学习经验和取得好的学习成绩。感谢这次英语口语实习让我更坚定了毕业以后要做一名英语教师的信念,从此,我不再迷茫。

  一.指导思想

  1.为了提高学生学习英语的兴趣,增强语感,培

  养听说能力和口语表达能力,并且使学生的英语发音纯正,能够在一定的英语语境中用英语思维并表达,锻炼学生的胆量,使其能够更好的辅助英语教学。

  2.通过师与生、生与生面对面的英语口语交际,可以丰富口语交际的知识,掌握口语交际的方法技巧,提高学生用英语进行听、说交往的能力。

  二.活动目标

  1.情感目标:激发学生学习英语的浓厚兴趣,给学生展现自我才能的机会,在真实的语境中感受英语,从而锻炼和提高口语运用能力。

  2.能力目标:训练学生的口语,培养学生的英语会话能力,创设各种教学情景,让学生在创设的情景中运用语言。

  3.认知目标:从重视语言要素转向语言实际能力的运用;从强调书面转向口头;从重视结果转向过程;从重视共性转向个性等等。在具体操作上,听说能力的检查以课堂口语练习、角色扮演、配对、小组互动等为依据。

  三.活动过程:

  1.坚持利用好周英语口语日活动,积极开展多种形式的英语实践,丰富周英语口语日活动的内容

  2.坚持学英语,用英语,在学习过程中使用,在使用过程中学习,切实提高自己的英语表达能

  3.周三自早晨踏入校门起,全校师生尽量用所学

  英语对话,形成良好的英语学习氛围。

  4.本校师生还应在校外、家庭中实践用英语对话,养成用英语与老师、同学和家长等问候,致歉,道别的习惯。

  5.积极配合我校周英语口语日检查小组的检查监督活动,对有不配合检查的行为,讲给予扣减班级常规分等处罚。班级常规分等处罚。

  6.周英语口语日检查小组的职责为督促全校师生使用英语,保证周英语口语日活动的顺利进行,保证英语口语日收到良好的效果。其检查活动分为定时检查、不定时检查及随机检查。定时检查指上午课间操及下午大课间时间段内的检查;不定时检查指除定时检查以外的时间段内的检查;随机检查指小组在口语日内随时随地的见闻情况。

  7.本校师生还应开展其他多种形式的英语实践活动,例如,英语手抄报,英语广播稿等,切实地不断提高自己的英语口语水平。

  8.英语日常用语每天一句,记录在英语口语记录本中,做到口语水平在日积月累中不断进步。

  加强口语能力的培养,强化学生的交际意识,必须从初学英语开始,以多样化的教学手段来激发学生学习英语的浓厚兴趣,调动他们学习积极性、主动性;

  以丰富的语言材料,创设不同情景,增强他们的交际意识;以先进的视听手段,促进他们的语音、语调的准确性。
